ANAND GOPALAN

Anand is a Barrister from Middle Temple, London, UK, with a master’s degree in law from the University of Cardiff. As a second-generation lawyer, he has developed extensive expertise in Labour and Employment law over the years. Anand serves as counsel to government corporations, private employers, public limited companies, and multinational corporations. He has represented large corporations in industrial disputes involving thousands of workers and negotiated with trade unions representing both multinational and Indian companies.Anand regularly advises and strategizes for employers on industrial relations and managing trade unions. His insights and expertise make him a sought-after speaker at conferences and seminars organized by employer bodies and professional associations.
